Permanent talent for companies that build, fly, drill, automate, and scale.
Nex Executive places permanent mid-to-senior specialists, directors, and VPs across advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, energy, and aerospace and defence. Based in Houston, we deliver proven operational leaders ready to run your facilities and teams.
Core industry sectors
We concentrate strictly on four critical technical markets across Texas and selective national markets, connecting industrial enterprises with exceptional permanent leadership.
Advanced Manufacturing
Plants, process, quality, supply chain, plant directors, VPs of operations. Umbrella for auto, industrial equipment, metals, consumer, food plants.
Semiconductors
Fabs, equipment, process, yield, facilities, manufacturing engineering leadership. Fastest new high-skill industrial market in Texas.
Energy
Oil & gas, midstream, refining, petrochemicals, power. Houston home-field. Keep the name Energy, not only “Oil & Gas,” so you can take energy-tech and plant roles without looking dated.
Aerospace & Defense
Manufacturing, quality, programs, supply chain — DFW + space corridor.
Stop sorting through the wrong resumes
Internal talent teams rarely have the bandwidth to run an exhaustive industrial search on top of routine hiring. We eliminate irrelevant contractor submissions and design profiles for operational seats, delivering pre-screened executives who have already owned lines, fabs, and assets.
